Can anyone help me with something that'll help me from losing soo much hair and thicken it up? I've recently started losing my hair since I turned 40

Hi I have same problem im losing much hair wen I wash ,I recently started to use the woat milk rice infusion trio and I see some difrence ,this is good for hair and scalp, and sometimes stress can make us loose hair ! I hope ur ok xx
