Can anyone recommend what’s the best products/routine for a 50yr old, my skin is so dull and the texture looks rough😩 I just want it smooth again😩😩

A ritual of daily face or skin care! Morning; serum, eye cream, spf moisturiser (all dependent on your complexion). Evening; face masks 1-2 times weekly if able, wash the face JUST with water, avoid strong perfumed products around the face. A nice night cream (these are slower absorbing and thicker in appearance to work overnight) 👌🏻. Body; again, depends if you’ve got eczema or sensitive skin- go for lighter creams. Lifestyle plays a big part; smoking, exercise, lack of sleep, stress 😁
