Dear experts, I'm hitting that age where menopause hasn't begun yet but I'm beginning to see the early stages especially when it comes to my hair. My hair had begun to loose it shine,volume well I'm beginning to loose it alltogether.every morrning I see more of my hair on the pillow than on my head and after washing my hair it still has no umph. Its begun to be dry and brittel and then theres my skin saying its begun to be dry just dosnt cut it my skin is more like the sahara desert What would you suggest????

You can take a vitamin that helps that . But find one to suit you at H&B advice you. Volume hair product or a thicking product they say caffeine in it . But it’s what suit. you. Have ask dr advice to x.(edited)
