Has anyone had any issues with this? I’ve used this on my daughters dark blonde natural hair as she wanted it slightly lighterand it turned out darker and auburny.

@Laura Yes so I have had that problem before in some ranges it uses hairdresser levels. A level 7 is dark blonde to hairdressers but would be considered light brown by non hairdressers. I have had several occasions where I have tried to dye my hair lighter but actually my hair has ended up darker.
