Hello, I reached level skilled on 20th February. It says when I reach this level I would receive a box of face masks but I haven’t got them yet. How long does it usually take ? Thank you :)

I only achieved skilled recently, to be honest I didn't know about this so thank you for showing it. I guess they have to go through a lot of profiles and a lot of orders so things take time.
