I've been getting extremely dry, scaly and flaky hands recently. This has been a huge problem (I think my dog licking my hands doesn't help, even though hes just trying to love me!)
Can anyone recommend a trusty garnier moisturiser that they feel would help with this? I have no allergies and my skin is not really that sensitive to product ingredients.
