Hi! My skin feels really dull and dry but I also get a shiny nose and occasional spots. Any recommendations on how I can get a good balance?

I love vitamin c for brightness and dry areas. Also moisture bomb is good for dry areas and giving a boost. Not sure for spots sorry(edited)
