How often should I be applying my spf 50 on my face? I'm going to be honest and say at the moment i apply it once in the morning which I know isn't enough

2-4 hours typically especially if out in the sun

Reapply frequently, every 3 or 4 hours, and generously to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling.
