Colouring hair every 4-6 weeks is ideal. Every time we apply permanent hair colour, we affect the cuticle of our hair. This means some damage is unavoidable esp if we apply bleach!! BUT if we keep shampooing to a minimum, condition our hair every time we wash and apply heat styling protection, we can prolong our glossy manes!(edited)

Hey generally 4-6 weeks between each session but for garnier Nutrisse and Olia are permanent hair colour brands and so we advised to apply it every 6 - 8 weeks, or when your roots start growing through.
