Hey Julija! The Garnier hair masks, especially the Hair Food ones like Banana and Papaya, are super popular for dry hair. They're like a mega hydration boost for your hair, making it feel softer, smoother, and look healthier. How often you use it depends on your hair – if it's super dry, try twice a week, but if it's not too bad, once a week or every other week is good.

Help needed here - my teen daughter has just asked me to get a heat protectant spray for her hair. I've just been to the two closest supermarkets (in the next village) and they have NONE! I don't use it so have no idea what to get or what choices of product - love Garnier products so....what is best for her hair to protect it? She is starting to experiment curling it. Thank you lovely Garnier community 🥰🥰
