Unfortunately health related hair issues cant be a very difficult one to help, dont wash your hair with hot water, warm is best, avoid using a hair dryer on a hot heat, always use a heat protector, so sorry to hear your having some health issues, anything for dry hair will be good, and mask, unfortunately nothing will help with hair loss :-( , garniers hair mask are fantastic xxx

So sorry to hear of your ill health. Hair thinning can be upsetting and I know what it feels like due to hormonal changes. The previous comments seem really good advice and I’m sure moisturing, nourishing products will help. There are several in the Garnier range. However, hair loss can be due to medical reasons such as low iron so it may be worth looking at your diet or discussing with your doctor. All the best.

Yes and mask for dry hair, split ends are mainly caused by dry hair, it weakens and causes the hair to split at the ends, pineapple mask would be even better xxx
