Few times per week using 3in1 hair treatment As a mask: on wet hair, leaving for 3 mins and rinsing out. Applying Hair Food Shampoo - as usual. Squeeze, lather, rinse thoroughly. Washing hair with shampoo 2 times. Following with Hair Food Conditioner. And at the end using hair drink😉 squeezing out excess water from hair and applying Hair Drink to lengths. Massaging into lengths for 10 seconds and rinse
