When and how do you apply this routine?
Every 3 days I use the bowl method to wash my hair. I soak the hair in warm water and lather my shampoo, rinse and repeat. Squeeze out the water with my hands by scrunching and applying conditioner to mid lengths and ends of hair. Soak hair, again and scrunch out. Leave in a small amount of hair mask scrunch with a hair wrap and spray protection to hair before defusing.
