I use the Garnier Avocado series and absolutely love it! I apply the shampoo first, massaging it into my scalp and rinsing thoroughly. Then, I use the conditioner on the lengths and ends, leaving it for a few minutes before rinsing. A couple of times a week, I also use the hair mask for deep nourishment. This routine keeps my hair soft, smooth, and well-nourished!
