Menopausal skin

Before applying a sheet mask I’ll wash my face with cold water and use a cream cleanser, then I rinse off with cold water to make sure my skin is awake then I’ll pat dry with a towel and apply a small amount of toner to my face , then I’ll put a sheet mask on, I do this every time to ensure the surface is clean and impurities are removed, this way I know that the mask will stay on and not come off
