I’d like to share a poem I wrote
A single ray of moonlight
illuminates the bay
Down to the restless ocean
Where you have sailed away
My love,I walk the seashore
and gather driftwood there
I light a fire and think of you
I wonder how you fare
Within me is an empty place
that holds the shape of you
I lie on the sand
and gaze above
into the endless blue
