I have used so many fake tanning products over the years and this is by far the easiest! I have a few tips for you.
To get the perfect tan exfoliate in the shower/bath then once your dry apply your garnier summer body! You don’t need a lot, apply it like a normal moisturiser but do a bit more light massaging making sure it gets to every area so the tan comes out even. Lots of light layers are better than thick layers. The knees and elbows I am careful not to put too much on as this is an area the tan soaks up too quick mo matter what product you use and you can get an orange look. The trick I’ve found with this is on every other use of summer body don’t apply at all on the knees and elbows. Leave the hands till the very last. Wash and dry your hands and then apply the garnier body just to the back of your hands and massage it in with the other back of the hand interlacing the fingers so it gets in between the fingers. Massaging it towards the arm so it blends with your application on the arm you have already done.
Apply summer body daily until you get your required shade then you can then just do a top up every few days. You can carry on with this until you start looking patchy as your old skin cells start to flake and then just exfoliate or use a tan remover then you’re ready to restart the process!
The tan in my pictures only took 2 uses of the dark summer body. I applied it after my shower 2 days in a row and voila! Lovely natural looking tan!
The summer body has a gorgeously moisturising light texture, easily absorbed so you’re not left sticky. Doesn’t have the horrible smell most fake tans have. You will get a lot of compliments you look healthy and no one will know it’s not a real tan! Also as it’s gradual and you are doing it daily you won’t go from pasty to tanned in one use so it won’t be noticeable you’ve tanned as it will be a gradual change.
