This is my current go to body cream at night time I use this as a moisturiser on my face after I have done my routine as I have found most nights my skin on my face dries out quite quickly and I wake in the morning with dry skin, by applying a small amount to my face just before going to bed, my face stays soft and hydrated throughout the night
