My skincare has been non existent this week as I have been so tired.. Its been a long tiring horrid week constantly visiting and watching a very sick father in law who has been in a delirious coma in and out of reality fighting a huge infection.We are hoping he is finally fighting it with the help from all the nurses and Drs rallying around.With all this going on You forget to look after yourself…Hot bath good food and early bed needed.
