So I’ve gone to garniers colour home, they have specific coaches for all hair types, an AI house with different rooms, info on the products. What I’ve found is that the best brand for me to lighten my type of hair would be olia for colour pay off, I wouldn’t be close to what the actual shade is but instead a lovely almost strawberry blonde colour. I’ve never felt confident enough to ever go blonde, but with how easy this AI tool is to show you actual results instead of pictures of women who might not even remotely resemble your colour and tone- and how the product worked on their hair. So I’m going to need a few boxes for how thick my hair is but my husband is my right hand man and as long as he’s happy to watch some YouTube videos to dye the back off head then I will be blonde. More than 20 years after my mum went blonde and stunned me 😍 it seems like my time can come without a bleach round first!!
