These are great for those prone to spots. I apply at night and they help reduce inflammation and redness. They are virtually invisible on bare skin. They also prevent me from touching the spot by forming a barrier. I'm sure this is very beneficial. I did not think it was invisible under makeup and therefore chose to use at night / non makeup days.
