Have you tried this yet? It's really good and no need rinse, just shampoo, spread the cream from mid lengths to ends, comb through, dry and style as usual. Makes hair care quicker and leaves it looking shiny, soft and manageable

I’ve been using Pineapple Hair Food, and I’m really impressed. The tropical pineapple scent is refreshing without being overpowering, and the formula feels lightweight yet nourishing. I love that it’s versatile—I’ve tried it as a conditioner, leave-in treatment, and hair mask, and it works well in all three ways. My hair feels softer and looks shinier after each use. The only downside is that it can feel a bit heavy if I over-apply, especially since I have fine hair. Overall, it’s a great product that’s affordable and effective for adding hydration and life to my hair.

I don't normally post pics of my food online but had to show this one. Whilst me and my daughter were out shopping we went to have a sandwich and a drink, which was nice. I then decided to have a desert of 2 pancakes covered in sliced bananas, fresh cream, ice cream and maple syrup. It was enormous, as you can see, but delicious. I think it's the first time I have ever left any pudding in my life. Next time I won't bother with the sandwich 😊
