Nice to meet you all, is there anyone here who is going through or had the menopause? I recently had an emergency hysterectomy and it's taken its toll on my hair! If anyone has any tips or products they can recommend for fall out and thinning as well as dry and frizzy hair please let me know! Also if there is anyone in my situation please can I follow you I'd love to find someone going through the same thing

Hi Claire I’m going through the menopause and I have dry hair and have found that the banana hair food range has helped loads, my hair has never looked healthier, softer and has a shine xx

Sorry to hear this. The banana hair mask will help with dry hair. Anything with rosemary or castor oil should help with hair fall
