@Kirbs i would it’s pobably not helping your hair recover . Also not Monday to so bad for you . Have you heard of Yuka app download it scan hair it will help you pick and food it does etc. the best . X

How do you keep your skin hydrated and protected from cold windy days? I am currently away from home and today, I was at the beautiful cliffs of South Downs and wish I had some extra hydration on my face! A moisture bomb face sheet mask would do me a solid right now 💙🫧💙🫧 Your skin goes through so much during the day, and for days like today (sun, wind, cold) it’s always important to give it just a little bit of tlc 🫶🏼✨
