We wanted to let you know that we’re currently experiencing some delays with shipping your goodies boxes. This has especially affected the delivery of the Master level boxes, which usually take up to 8 weeks but are now taking a bit longer in some cases.
To make sure everything is sorted in the right order, we’re prioritising the shipping of the Master boxes first. This means that those who’ve reached the Skilled level may need to wait a little longer while we complete deliveries for Master level participants.
If you’ve reached the MASTER LEVEL and haven’t received your box, please send me a message with a note and the date you reached Master.
(Master level only for now — even if you’ve also reached Skilled previously or both in the same month. We’ll handle Skilled rewards right after.)
