It has been a long time since I coloured my hair, it must be at least 12 months, so I decided to get it back to how I used to have it, blonde. I bought the Garnier Nutrisse Creme, probably not the right colour for my hair as it was quite dark and this is very blonde.
Everything I needed was contained in the box, gloves, hair colour, developer, conditioner and, of course, instructions. I made the obligatory skin test the day previous and everything was fine, so I went ahead.
โญIt was so easy to do, after putting on the gloves, I mixed the developer and colourant in the application bottle and shook vigorously to mix together, then applied, roots first, working down to the ends.
โญThe instructions say to leave it on for 30 minutes, but I left mine on for 40.
โญThen I rinsed my hair hair thoroughly until the water was clear.
โญAfter which I covered my hair in the moisturiser given.

๐My opinion of this product is:
I'm very happy with the way it has turned out, although my hair was previously quite red/brown, I think the colour I chose was the wrong one. My fault.
๐It is quite patchy, lengths are darker then the roots and ends, but I can live with that for now. I should have used 2 boxes of the product, as you can see, my hair is quite long, so I reckon this is why it was patchy. I'll remember next time. My fault again.
๐The conditioner felt amazing, so luxurious and rich. It left my hair feeling fabulous.
Next time I colour my hair I will choose a more suitable colour and use 2 boxes of the product. As you can see, it has definitely lightened it a lot and it does look better, I think anyway.
