My Review for Ultimate Blends Rice Water Smooth & Shine Conditioner ---- I was fortunate to receive the Garnier Rice Water Infusion and Starch Conditioner to test and review as a member of the Garnier Community. This product comes in a lilac coloured 300ml plastic bottle with a flip lid that is recyclable. The conditioner itself has a lovely rich consistency and is white in colour. It has a lovely fresh and light scent that is very uplifting but not at all overpowering. This new Ultimate Blends Conditioner is designed specifically for long hair that has become dry and dull and needs hydration. This conditioner helps the hair retain and lock in hydration for instantly re plumped and smoother looking hair. It is easy to use by applying a generous amount to freshly washed hair. I gently squeeze the excess water from my hair before applying the conditioner to the mid lengths and ends of my hair. I leave it on for 2 - 3 minutes to absorb and work it's magic. I then rinse thoroughly with warm but not hot water to leave soft and glossy feeling hair. For best results combine with the shampoo and hair remedy from the same range. My hair feels so much softer and has a better texture which helps my hair feel thicker and more voluminous. Continue then to style your hair as normal. The results are great and I would recommend.
