Thanks so much to Garnier for sending me this Ultimate Blends Hair Honey Serum to test. It's a repairing serum designed to reduce split ends, provide heat protection and leave you with smoother, stronger hair.
As you can see from my before and after pictures it makes a big difference to the smoothness of my hair. And my split ends are definitely a lot less visible.
I found I had best results, and needed less product, when I applied it to damp hair, although you can apply it to dry hair for a bit of extra smoothing. It absorbs into the hair well and isn't sticky or greasy after use.
The smell is divine and is a good reason to add to dry hair because it sticks around on dry hair. It smells of honey and I feel like I'm picking up some vanilla too.
Added bonus: Alongside the instant smoothing, is that it provides heat protection up to 230ยฐC. I tend to let mine air dry and this is great for smoothing out my straight but unstyled hair, but it's great to know my hair will be protected on the odd occasion I do use heat.
