The consistency of the conditioner is thick, smells wonderful and its scent persists even after rinsing. I apply the conditioner right after washing my hair with shampoo. I apply it to wet hair and wait a few minutes. After rinsing the conditioner, the hair is very soft and pleasant to the touch. Really great product.
