Well changed my hair from red to brown with blonde streaks but when I wash my hair it feel ratty what dose anyone suggest please

Try this after shampooing, leave it on for a little longer than it says and make sure you comb it through to get all your hair covered. I love it, and it leaves hair so soft and tangle free.(edited)
