Ultimate blends delicate oat milk it’s designed for sensitive scalp it calms the scalp. I lather it on and leave it for few minutes then rinse off and use oat milk conditioner and do the same leave a few mins then rinse off. My hair feels soft and my scalp feels soothed after using this
