It is best to stick to commercial brands like garnier.Many people use henna thinking this is a good alternative to permenant dyes.However henna causes the hair to break.Natural isn’t always the best

I disagree. Natural henna is really good. People around the world have been using it for centuries. It is also practiced by people of major world religions such as Islam. Widely used in all of Africa and South Asia. But some people can have an allergic reaction and nothing is perfect for everyone.
