I would recommend using a dry shampoo and maybe only washing your hair twice a week maximum. Also use the conditioner on the lengths and ends instead of your whole head.

Try to wash your hair less frequently and use cold water for your last rinse as this will help close the pores and help your scalp stay clear for longer
