Applied it like a mask - no mess or drips. Easy to apply and no ammonia smell. The colour is amazing and covered my greys! Did not experience any discomfort or sensitivity, excellent results with perfect coverage, and wow the shea butter treatment really helped to nourish and condition my hair Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
