I’d like to share another collagen boosting recipe,raspberry and melon cooler.150g fresh raspberries,1/2 a watermelon,1 apple,sparking mineral water.whizz in blender.Fill a glass 2/3 full of juice then top up with sparkling water.I like the look of this face mask.Has anyone tried it?😉

Carob is one of the top superfoods for the skin.It is extremely high in minerals that strengthen skin structure and balance ph.It also is high in A B C and E vitamins which leads to a glowing skin.I’d like to share an easy carob recipe.Take 150g dry figs 100g almonds,2tb carob,1tsp cinnamon,a pinch of sea salt,2tb coconut.Soak the figs 10 minutes.Blend in food processor then form into balls.Roll them in ground almonds or dedicated coconut.

I think the best innovative products are moisturisers and serums containing vitamin C.They clear and brighten the skin.However a sluggish lifestyle can undermine the good effects of favourite products.Since I joined a gym and have a daily walking programme my skin is firmer and my family say I look years younger
