Do you change the spf of your suncream out of the summer months? In summer, I always use an spf 50 or sometimes higher, but once the hot weather (if we're lucky enough to get some) has gone, and it starts to get cooler, I always lower mine to 30. Does anyone else do this? and if not, why not?
