How can I snag a spot on a testing campaign?

We love your enthusiasm! Our testing campaigns (and competitions) are open to UK-based members only. Keep a close watch on the Test & Review channel for all the latest opportunities. We post new campaigns there all the time!

I was chosen for a product test – how long until it arrives?

We're just as excited as you are! We start shipping out products to our testers as soon as possible. It usually takes a couple of weeks, but you know how shipping can be sometimes – there might be a slight delay.

Sharing your thoughts helps everyone! Here's how: head over to garnier.co.uk, find the product page, click on "All Reviews”, click on "Write a Review".

How long until my testing review to get validated?

We aim to approve testing reviews daily, though it sometimes takes us a little longer. Please note we don't moderate reviews on weekends – we're busy trying out new products ourselves! 😉

What makes my post to get validated?

We love seeing your creativity shine through! Here's what catches our eye:
