I am, unfortunately, the colour of a piece of plain white paper. So I am consistent with my SPF. Sat here with a coffee for an hour and I’ll burn. I have been in hospital before with severe burns from sitting out in the sun without SPF in my youth and I am a bit traumatised! I wear factor 50 on my face and a minimum of factor 30 on my body. It was my shoulder that got badly burnt so I make sure I put extra there and around my neck, chest and top of my arms. I swear by Garnier sunscreens. They’re affordable, accessible and I know it’s not important but the smell!!! The smell reminds me of beach days every time! Also I’m allergic to Aloe Vera so the only after sun I can use that doesn’t cause me any issues is the Tan Enhancer. Yes my skin is that finicky.
