@Mandy I have found I have to wash my hair less now.I have gone from everyday to twice weekly.My hair used to be greasy but hormone changes from menopause has made it dry. (edited)

Hi, as your hair changes, try and reduce the frequency of shampooing and look for gentle ways to care for your hair as well as switching products. Some of what you experience may be due to hormones so not within your control. Please also try and take some time to pamper yourself when you can and use things that you really enjoy 💚
