I need some advice to help me clear up some stubborn acne that I seem to keep getting on my nose, and around my chin. I've never experienced it as bad as I am at the moment. I haven't changed anything in my skin routine, or diet but it's starting to become worse, and harder to clear. Any advice on what could help would be greatly appreciated 🫶

AHA/Salicylic acid based cleansing, gentle face wash AM, double cleanse PM, If nothing has changed health/meds or products - have a think about your cleansing routine of wash cloths/sponges/makeup applicators etc... do you lean on your face? How often to you clean your phone or work headset? Sometimes is something so small that we repeat daily can make such an impact to our daily skin hygiene. Please let me know how you get on? (edited)
