Hello My Garnier Community! 💚 I’ve been getting quite a few messages asking why some posts aren’t being approved, so I wanted to clear a few things up. Not every post will be approved automatically. For your content to be validated, it needs to be original, include your own photos, be creative, engaging and visually appealing. Posts where you’re actually using the products are a big plus. Most of the posts have been great, but some are just random images taken from the internet with little or no information. Unfortunately, those don’t meet the validation criteria. Just a reminder: when your posts are approved, you earn points that help you move up to the next levels (Skilled, Master, etc). When you reach a new level, you’ll receive your goodies, which can take up to 8 weeks to arrive (so please make sure your address is always up to date in your profile). If you’ve recently levelled up, we kindly ask that you wait the full 8 weeks before reaching out to the moderators. That gives us time to review and process everything properly. If it’s been more than 8 weeks since your level upgrade and you still haven’t received your goodies, then please do get in touch. Don’t forget to include the exact date you moved up a level so we can look into it for you. Thanks for your understanding and keep up the amazing work with your content! ✨💚
