Hi @Ravi @Garnier @Pena @ Garnier Please excuse this awful picture of myself, but I am looking for some advice on skincare. I am 40 years old and I have no skincare routine, I thought I did but after a while my face broke out and became really really sore and my face started bleeding, so ever since then I have been nervous to use any products on my face. My skin is oily, and dry and feels very rough. Any help and recommendations would be very much appreciated.

Hi Ann, no need to apologize for posting. You actually look great in this picture! :) If your skin is breaking and bleeding, I would recommend speaking to your doctor. It's possible that the issue could be related to allergies or food intolerances. I recently discovered that I'm intolerant to certain foods like wheat and eggs... :/ First and foremost, be kind to your skin and be cautious about the type of soap you use. Look for an emollient soap and make sure to wear SPF 50+ every day, regardless of the weather.
