How many times a year is it recommended to cut the ends of my hair when I want to grow long and healthy hair? Also the best recommendations for split ends? Thank you ❤️

Its usually 6 weeks, so hairdressers recommend. I admit I wait longer because I couldnt afford to go every 6 weeks.
