Go to the hairdresser and get a consultation then go to the go get blood work done or be referred to a trichologist if you can. You don't need to cut your hair, unless you have extreme breakage and mid length split/ keyhole splits. And your hair will have a healthy foundation. But a consultation and go first before you waste money on product.
