I think I’m pre menopausal, I’ve been loosing my hair and some other symptoms, can u advise me on the best shampoo and conditioner thanks in advance x

Hi Marie, this is so personal that it’s hard to generalise, however if your hair loss is menopausal it will be down to hormones and not any particular product. My advice would be very gentle when washing, try to wash your hair less often and wash with use cooler water to avoid stripping out the oils. Also please try to avoid excessive brushing and heat, ideally let your hair dry as naturally when possible. Of course you do have to wash your hair(!) but it should be as gentle and as relaxing for you as possible. Take care 💚 (edited)
