I would love some advice on what to use to promote healthy hair growth. My daughter is now 3 years old and still my hair falls out and my hair has gone quite thin. Normal hair type past shoulder length.

I use biotin tablets my hair has got thicker and my nails have grown too

I recommend to do blood tests and to see if your vitamin levels are ok. I also recommend liquid marine or bovine collagen. From my experience it really helps to improve hair growth and hair health in general.
