Menopause!!.. My skin is starting to change. It's drier in places and my hair line is very red and scratchy. Any recommendations x

Hi, there are so many changes that can happen when you start your menopause journey. I would start using more gentle skincare if you’re feeling dry. For example, try the hydrating deep cleanser, rose toner and aloe jelly moisturiser cream to keep skin moisturised and nourished. Also, look at gentle shampoos and hair product if the hairline is sensitive and red.
