Honestly, eczema is a medical condition, perhaps you need a medicated one, so best to ask your GP! You wouldn't want to aggravate your skin with something that isn't suitable. Garnier has a wonderful oat milk range, which is especially for a sensitive scalp, so perhaps it could be suitable? x
