They are a generous size and covered under my eyes and also my cheekbones. They were nicely saturated with a lightly fragrant serum and had a spongy feel. They left a nice cooling sensation but I don't think it's a -4˚C cooling effect. My eye area felt plumped, cooled and moisturised after use.
