This is very nourishing hair mask , I used it in conjunction with the matching shampoo and conditioner in the range and it always leaves my hair nourished, tangle free, shiny and with less flyaways, so I'm very impressed. I usually use this once a week to give my hair some tlc, I dampen the lengths of my hair and apply around 1-2 hours before washing to really let it work it’s magic. As is with many garnier products it's a vegan formula with no hidden nasties and the packaging is recycle-able too, it’s a generous sized tub and lasts a long time 🙌✨
